Payment Policy

1.     Registration Fee:
$100 for students who start in the first semester
$80 for students who start in the second semester
$40 for students who start after April 1
2.     Registration fee includes the cost of printed class and homework materials that we provide. Registration fee is not refundable.
3.     All students, both new and continuing, including those in tutoring, need to register every academic year.
4.   Applicable Tuition and Registration Fees must be submitted together with the Application Form. The registration process is complete only when we receive both your Application and Registration Fee.
5.    Tuition payments are due on the first day of each month. We do not send monthly bills or statements. A finance charge of $20 will be automatically added to your account if the school does not have your check by 15-th of any month.
6.     Each bounced check will result in a $30 fine.
7.     Private classes are $50/hour, semi-private classes are 35/hour.
8.     Siblings will receive a 10% tuition discount on the second and above tuition of a lower value.
9.     10% prorated referral discount will be paid at the end of the school year for each newly referred student who sign up and attend one of our regular classes (excluding summer program).
10.   A flat $50 discount is given at the end of the school year for every referred student who signed up for private tutoring and attended 10 or more sessions.
